The proximity of the Atlantic gives us its freshness and minerality, providing a Minho version of the famous international grape variety, Sauvignon Blanc - Atlantic edition. The grapes come from a vineyard with an average age of 10 years. They are carefully vinified to extract the maximum qualitative potential from the grapes: gentle maceration, decanting for 12 hours, fermentation with selected yeasts and controlled temperature, in order to preserve the grape variety's characteristic aromas. Finally, the wine is kept in stainless steel vats in bâtonnage, then cold stabilized and bottled. Contains sulphites. Download the Technical Sheet.
