Special edition created to pay tribute to members in celebration of the winery's 50th anniversary. The genuineness of this wine comes from the Vinhão grapes, born from old vines of the winery's best associates, grown in simple cordon and ramada, with an average age of 25 years. Winemaking is very non-interventive, just to get the best quality potential out of the grapes: light maceration, fermentation with the skins in traditional cement vats by selected yeasts, with temperature control. After fermentation, the wine is aged in French and American oak barrels of 225 and 400 liters, with different toasts, for a few months, away from the cold winter malgas. At the end, the best casks are selected and the blend is made. Contains sulphites. Download the Technical Sheet.
